The company secured a $145 million five-year task order to support the U.S. Navy's Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and a $79 million Army contract to advance electronic warfare technologies. Additionally, in late 2025, CACI amended credit agreements to secure $1.25 billion in term loans and a $2 billion revolving credit facility, supporting its financial flexibility and growth initiatives. CACI employs approximately 23,000 personnel worldwide and continues to expand its technological offerings in software-defined counter-UAS systems and network modernization to support national security missions globally.
