Business
CACI International Inc is a multinational professional services and information technology company that provides a broad range of IT solutions and services primarily to the U.S. federal government in intelligence, defense, homeland security, and federal civilian sectors. Founded in 1962 and headquartered in Reston, Virginia, CACI operates through two main segments: Domestic Operations and International Operations. Its product and service portfolio includes enterprise application modernization and digital transformation; enterprise infrastructure and business process modernization; C4ISR (command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) systems; cybersecurity and cyber solutions; electronic warfare; signals intelligence; and federal civilian agency support. CACI also offers proprietary software products and data services to government and commercial customers in the United Kingdom, Europe, and other international markets. Recent strategic developments include a $1.2 billion acquisition of Azure Summit Technology to enhance cloud migration and AI capabilities in the intelligence community, and the purchase of Applied Insight to expand its application modernization and digital transformation footprint. The company secured a $145 million five-year task order to support the U.S. Navy's Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and a $79 million Army contract to advance electronic warfare technologies. Additionally, in late 2025, CACI amended credit agreements to secure $1.25 billion in term loans and a $2 billion revolving credit facility, supporting its financial flexibility and growth initiatives. CACI employs approximately 23,000 personnel worldwide and continues to expand its technological offerings in software-defined counter-UAS systems and network modernization to support national security missions globally.
